Email privacy notice

Our Future Water Intelligence collects your email address when you choose to receive updates about new analysis, intelligence and report releases. Consent is separate from purchases and access to intelligence products.

What we retain

We retain your original and normalized email, consent wording and evidence, signup source and page, timestamps, and any unsubscribe or suppression state. Legacy Shopify records preserve their source evidence; incomplete consent is held for review. We do not infer consent from a purchase.

Private storage and delivery

Audience records are stored privately on Vercel. Access is limited to authorized server and owner operations. We do not sell audience data. Any future email delivery provider receives only the information needed for delivery and must respect unsubscribe and suppression records.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe using your personal link in an OFW email. For access, correction, deletion or withdrawal before email delivery starts, contact robert@ourfuturewater.com. We verify requests before disclosing or changing private records.

Retention

We retain audience information while needed for the agreed purpose. Minimal opt-out/suppression evidence may be retained to prevent unwanted re-enrolment. Verified deletion requests are handled with that restriction in mind; a normal signup does not erase an opt-out.
